COVID19 Lockdown @ McCoy Motors from the 22nd October

Following the Taoiseach’s address on Monday 19th October and in line with new Government level 5 restrictions. McCoy Motors will be open for aftersales functions from the 22nd of October until the current restrictions are lifted. We are classified as “essential retail outlets” for the purposes of operating within the level 5 restrictions. As such our car service & warranty and parts departments are fully open and operating on a business as usual basis. Travel outside of your 5km radius to a car workshop is permitted under essential journey status as confirmed by the RSA in Ireland. We will be sending all our customers confirmation texts for booking verification.

Our sales departments will now move to a virtual “click & collect” online format for the period of the level 5 restrictions which will reduce the requirement for face to face contact. We will be able to conduct all sales interactions remotely utilising the digital tools that we have available on the McCoy Motors website. We will still be able to offer you trade-in valuations, finance quotation’s and will be able to assist you with the purchase of your new or used car, so please don’t hesitate to contact us during the restricted period. If you have already purchased a new or used car from us, we will be able to schedule the collection/handover of these vehicles.
